The United States.

What it costs

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order - there is no minimum and nothing gets added at checkout.

How long it takes

9 to 18 days from the day you order. It ships from our overseas warehouse, which is why.

This is not two-day shipping, and we'd rather you know that before you buy than wonder afterwards.

Keeping you posted

You'll get an email confirming your order, and another the moment it ships. If something looks wrong, reply to it - those emails reach a person.

If it doesn't arrive

Email support@roamytails.com with your order number and we'll sort it out - either a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
