Who can order

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order.

Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars and can change without notice.

Where a product page shows a struck-through price, that is our own regular list price for the item. It is not an estimate of what anyone else charges.

Product specifications

The specifications we publish are the ones printed in the manufacturer's manual that ships inside the box. If a figure does not appear in that manual, we do not publish it.

Intended use

Our products are grooming tools for pets. They are not veterinary devices, and nothing on this site is veterinary advice. If your animal has an injury, an infection, a nail condition, or a temperament that makes handling unsafe, speak to a veterinarian or a professional groomer before using any grooming tool. You are responsible for supervising your animal during use.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that were placed at a price posted in error. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this site or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms. The version posted on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
